Ambition:
The Musik Lounge was conceived with the love and passion for
Electronica. Loosely defined, Electronica is a broad category of music
with elements of Jazz Rock Ambient New Age Chill and some R & B.
Electronica is largely instrumental with keyboards and electronics as
its base. Certain sub-categories of Electronica can lead to some interesting" background music. The ambition of the Musik Lounge was to create a simple site that you could take with you wherever you go. The Musik Lounge provides the perfect background musik anywhere anytime. Only the finest links were chosen, the most relable links and the most unique musik selections.
Simplicity:
We wanted to create a site that was simple and easy to use. No
membership fees, a way to listen fast, uncomplicated and the ease
of listening through your "default" Media Player. Most streams are
rated within 96kps - 128 kps. Enough fidelity to please even the most discerning audio fan! Most streams are in the MP3 format. Winamp
and Real Player links are the most prevalent. A few Windows Media
Player links are mixed in. Most streams are commercial free. This
is changing rapidly as internet radio becomes an ever increasing
